Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; combine wet ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth.
Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until coated.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan, press firmly, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool completely on a wire rack, then lift out using parchment and cut into bars.
Notes
Press down very firmly when shaping to ensure bars hold together well.
