Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease donut pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in another, then combine.
Pipe batter into greased pan cavities. Bake 9-10 minutes until donuts spring back.
Cool slightly, then dip donuts in melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Re-grease the pan between batches.
