Easy Cake Mix Snickerdoodle Cookies
These quick and delicious snickerdoodle cookies use cake mix for an easy twist on a classic treat.
Ingredients
Cake Mix
- 1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs eggs
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until combined.
- Refrigerate dough for about an hour (optional).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Shape dough into balls, roll in cinnamon-sugar, and place on sheets.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until soft.
Notes
Chilling the dough helps cookies spread less.
