Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish with butter.
Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and scatter into the dish.
Whisk eggs, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom until smooth, then pour over the rolls.
