A comforting and hearty soup perfect for using leftover turkey, made effortlessly in the Crock Pot.
Ingredients

shredded cooked turkey

carrots, peeled and sliced

celery, chopped

teaspoons
garlic, minced

chicken or turkey stock

sprigs
fresh thyme

teaspoon
dried Italian herbs

Kosher salt

pepper

egg noodles
Instructions
Add all ingredients except noodles to the Crock Pot, stir, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
After 2.5 hours, add egg noodles, stir, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove thyme stems and serve hot.
Notes
You can use leftover turkey for an even quicker meal.
