Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Cook turkey, garlic, onion, and chilies in a skillet until fragrant and heated through.
Mix in enchilada sauce, Greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
Layer tortillas, turkey mixture, and cheese in the dish; repeat layers and finish with cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese melts. Rest 5 minutes, then serve topped with sour cream and green onions.
