A rich and savory gravy made from turkey or chicken giblets, perfect for holiday meals or special occasions.
Ingredients
Giblets (from a whole turkey or chicken (gizzard, neck, heart, and liver))

unsalted butter

all-purpose flour

hard boiled egg (peeled and chopped)

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, brown giblets for 2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan, whisk in flour, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add water while whisking, then reduce heat to low.
Return giblets to the pan, cook for 30-35 minutes until tender.
Remove neck bone, add chopped egg, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh giblets for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
