These homemade granola bars are a nutritious and delicious snack, packed with oats, nuts, dried apples, and cinnamon for a wholesome treat.
Ingredients
Dried Fruits and Nuts

Wet Ingredients

brown sugar, packed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread oats, nuts, and flax seeds on a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
Simmer honey, coconut oil, and brown sugar over medium heat for 2-4 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Mix puffed rice, dried apples, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add the toasted oat mixture and honey mixture, stirring to coat.
Press mixture into the prepared dish, then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
