Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients to form crust.
Press the crust mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, blend pumpkin, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, stevia, and spices until smooth.
Pour filling over the baked crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a lower-fat version, use light cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
