Instructions
Season and cook the shredded chicken with taco seasoning or spices.
Cook rice according to package, then stir in lime juice and salt.
Sauté sliced peppers and onions in olive oil with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for 4-5 minutes.
Simmer beans with spices for 10 minutes or add plain beans with a pinch of salt.
Assemble bowls with layers of rice, peppers, onions, chicken, and beans. Add lime wedges and toppings before serving.
