Dry ingredients

canned pure pumpkin puree

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended. Fold in most chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, top with remaining chocolate chips, and let sit for 20-60 minutes.
Bake for 25 minutes until muffins spring back. Cool before serving.
