Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
Add bell pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes. Push vegetables aside, cook turkey until no longer pink.
Stir in garlic, jalapeño, tomato paste, spices, salt, and pepper; cook briefly.
Add tomatoes, beans, pumpkin purée, and water; simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes until thickened.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
