Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with oil.
Mix oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add pumpkin, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup; mix until combined. Fold in pecans.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze and top with chopped pecans before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use parchment paper for easy slicing and cleanup.
