Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Whisk eggs, pumpkin, almond butter, and yogurt until smooth. Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut sugar; mix well.
Stir in almond flour, protein powder, spices, and baking powder until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips if using. Divide batter into muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
