Instructions
Heat a large skillet on medium heat and add olive oil.
Add diced onion and saute until soft (~3-4 min). Add garlic and cook 30 sec.
Add ground turkey, herbs, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Cook until nearly done (5-7 min).
Stir in chicken broth and pumpkin puree. Bring to boil, then simmer 3-4 min.
Add beans and spinach; cook 2-3 min. Turn off heat and stir in Greek yogurt and cheese until melted.
Optional: squeeze lemon on top before serving.
