Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onion for 3–4 minutes, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart.
Stir in pumpkin, tomatoes, beans, spices, and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 25–30 minutes.
Optional: Stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt before serving. Ladle into bowls and top with avocado, cilantro, cheese, and lime.
