Instructions
Heat a large pot, spray with oil, then sauté onions and garlic until soft.
Add ground turkey and cook until white and cooked through.
Stir in green chilies, spices, and cook for 2 minutes. Puree one can of beans with broth, then add all beans, broth, and bay leaf. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook 4-5 minutes. Serve topped with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste and serve with fresh toppings.
